Yesterday, 155 illegal aliens surrendered to Border Patrol agents after crossing the border near San Miguel, #Arizona.

More than 100 were unaccompanied migrant children from Guatemala and Honduras.

#VaccinePolice has been our guest these past 48hrs and I went back to this very location with him today.

We need help America.
